XMX (Xpress MX) End-User License Agreement

1. What XMX is. XMX (Xpress MX) is an internal shop management application owned and operated by Xpress Aircraft Maintenance LLC ("Xpress Aircraft", "we"). It is used to manage aircraft maintenance work orders, parts, inventory and invoicing at our own maintenance locations.

2. Who may use it. XMX is licensed only to Xpress Aircraft's employees and authorized staff, for Xpress Aircraft's business. It is not sold, licensed or made available to any other person or company. Each user signs in with their own company account; accounts are not to be shared.

3. Connection to QuickBooks Online. XMX can connect to Xpress Aircraft's own QuickBooks Online company. Only an authorized administrator of that QuickBooks company can connect XMX, and the connection can be ended at any time from XMX or from QuickBooks. XMX uses the connection only to create and update Xpress Aircraft's invoices, customers and items, and to read invoice payment status.

4. Acceptable use. Users must not copy, share or disclose XMX or its data outside Xpress Aircraft, try to get around its sign-in or security, or use it for anything other than Xpress Aircraft's business.

5. Ownership. XMX and its data belong to Xpress Aircraft. QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online are trademarks of Intuit Inc.; XMX is not made or endorsed by Intuit.

6. No warranty. XMX is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Xpress Aircraft is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.

7. Ending access. Xpress Aircraft may suspend or end any user's access at any time, for example when they leave the company.

8. Changes. We may update this agreement; the date above shows the latest version.
